The Board of Directors of the Management Company play an active part in the affairs of the Management Company and the Funds under management. The Board meets at least once every two
months to receive recommendations and reports on investment activities from the Investment Committee of the Funds and the senior representatives of the Management Company. There are 6
directors appointed to the Board of Directors of Libra Invest Berhad "LIB" (formerly known as Avenue Invest Berhad). Mr Tan Jin Teik, Executive Director, and Mr Hoo See Kheng, CEO & Executive Director, were appointed on 3 October 2005. Datuk Kamarudin Md Ali, Encik Khairudin Ibrahim, Encik Mahadzir Azizan and Mr. Ching Yew Chye @ Chng Yew Chye are independent directors appointed on 8 May 2007, 21 April 2003, 25 April 2007 and 23 July 2007 respectively.
The Investment Committee is fully responsible for the Funds' Investment Policies and Guidelines, and shall review and approve the investment strategies undertaken by the Fund Managers of the
Funds. Investment Committee meetings are held monthly or more frequently if required. The Investment Committee comprises 4 independent members and 2 non-independent members.
